If your bios file has the extension of .WHP, rename your bios file as BIOS.WPH

Rename [B]Name_of_Bios[/B] to BIOS.ROM or BIOS.WPH
At command prompt type:  PH161700.EXE BIOS.ROM /O /Force /X /C /S
